Dr. Kwasi Owusu Offei

Dr Offei obtained his medical degree from the University of Ghana Medical School.  He is a member of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, Emergency Medicine.  He has over 12 years of medical practice experience and 7 years of experience as an emergency physician. He is a patient- oriented emergency physician and is certified in Advance Trauma Life Support from the American College of Surgeons. He has a Master of Medical Leadership and Diploma in Medical Leadership from Lancaster University to his credit, as well as Master of Public Health (University of Ghana- SPH-UG) and Pg. Diploma in Public Administration (GIMPA).
