The International Maritime Hospital (IMaH), proudly ranked among the top ten hospitals in Ghana and operating under the auspices of the Africa Medical Tourism Council, played a key role at the 19th Akwaaba African Travel Market and the 2nd Medical Tourism Expo, held in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.This high-profile event aligns with Ghana’s strategic efforts to position itself as a leading hub for medical tourism within the West African sub-region. IMaH joined an impressive delegation of Ghanaian healthcare institutions showcasing their capabilities on the international stage. These included the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC), Brittania Medical Centre, Lucca Health, Adansi Health Tourism, The Bank Hospital, Jubail Specialist Hospital, and Bethel Dental Clinic.
Together, these institutions represented Ghana’s advancing medical infrastructure and readiness to serve both domestic and international patients seeking quality care across various specialties.
