Adult Preventative Visit - also known as an adult physical or complete physical is a yearly appointment, for ages 21 to 64, intended to prevent illnesses and detect health concerns early, before symptoms are noticeable.
During your appointment, your overall health and well-being reviewed.
Depending on your age, services may include:
Successful Ageing Annual Wellness Visit - a yearly preventative visit to reduce your risk for illness or injury for ages 65 and older.
Teen Visit - for children between the ages of 13 to 21 years-old
General Office Visit - to discuss new or existing health issues including chronic medical conditions, symptoms, or any health concerns you may have.
